1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Photos of the damage or defect are required.

• We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, custom orders, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
